1. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders within Nairobi are delivered within 2–3 working days.
  • Orders outside Nairobi are delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on location.
  • Delivery fees vary by distance and product size. Exact charges are calculated at checkout.
  • We will notify you once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details (where applicable).

2. Returns & Exchanges

  • Customers may return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Customized, clearance, and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
  • Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

3. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase without penalty.
  • For cancellations after dispatch, delivery fees will be deducted from any refund issued.

4. Warranty & Quality Assurance

  • All our products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects unless otherwise stated.
  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery.

5. Payments & Security

  • We accept payments via M-Pesa, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards.
  • All transactions on www.smithfurniture.co.ke are encrypted and processed securely.
  • We do not store your card details.
